Feast of Santo Nino De Cebu by Catholic Filipino Pastoral Community of Holy Trinity Church, Tawau - 17 Jan 2010

The feast began with a Holy Mass at 10.30 am followed by lunch cum entertainment at the Parish Hall.

The Santo Niño de Cebú ("Holy Child of Cebu") is a Roman Catholic figure of the Child Jesus. The figure is clothed in robes, for centuries the Santo Niño served as the patron saint of Cebu and continues to be celebrated at the Sinulog, the primary festival of Cebú. It is located at the Basilica Minore del Santo Niño in Cebu City, Cebu, in the Philippines.

REMARKS: Didn't have the time to join them this time around.. May be next year...

Majlis Penyerahan Transkrip Pelajar Tingkatan 5 dilaksanakan sejurus Majlis Perasmian Penutupan Program Peningkatan Disiplin dan Motivasi Kecemerlangan Pelajar yang telah berjalan selama dua hari sebelumnya. Majlis yang dihadiri lebih kurang 200 orang ibu bapa ini bermula kira-kira jam 10.30 pagi setelah ucapan perasmian penutupan dilakukan oleh Pengetua SM Teknik Tawau, Encik Johan Bin Okasa.

Program ini bermula pada jam 2.00 petang, 14 Jan 2010 yang menyaksikan seramai 466 orang pelajar mengambil bahagian. Suasana sekolah dan asrama agak riuh dengan kehadiran para pelajar harian yang sama-sama menghuni asrama sepanjang program berlangsung.

Muslihadir dan Nik Hasbularif mengamati ATV yang pertama kali muncul di Teknik Tawau.

ATV ini adalah kepunyaan Encik Kasim Ambosaka (Ke-3 dari kiri), yang dibawa khas untuk dibaikpulih. Kenderaan yang dikelaskan sebagai traktor ini memestikan pemandunya untuk mempunyai lesen memandu kelas F. Perlu didaftarkan dan diinsurankan sepenuhnya, kenderaan ini boleh dipandu di atas jalanraya sekiranya anda mahu.

The place that will be regarded as a saviour in our very tiring journey from Tawau to Kota Kinabalu on 17.12.2009. We stopped at this particular hotel, 10 minutes before midnight. The rate was quite reasonable... RM 89 for a room with a queen and single bed, fully air-condition and a bathroom with a water heater. But only 4 channels are available on the TV: TV1, TV3, HBO and Astro Ria.

Replacing Your Wira's Wheel Bearing

If you heard a heavy rotating sound from your vehicle wheels (I really meant the tires), your wheel bearing need to be replaced. Well, I had mine replaced on the 11.12.2009. One bearing will cost you RM55.00 but it depend on Malaysian currency because most of the parts available for Wira came from overseas such as Taiwan and Japan. You might get it from PROTON Service Center but their parts and charges usually double the price that you pay to ordinary workshop.

This e-mail states that 2-4 weeks needed for delivery but the item arrived yesterday - 08/12/2009

Thanks to BONUSLINK because the item that I redeemed on 04/12/2009 arrived in 4 days. I have redeemed 3 items before but this one was very fast. The Pierre Cardin belt takes the longest time, 12 days if I'm not mistaken.

Picture Post: Accident Again...

This particular accident happened in front of the Quicklines Print Shop and PROTON EDAR Showroom in Tawau. The car involved was a Perodua Kancil and a Toyota Land Cruiser VX. I can't really see the damage but I think the Kancil suffer the most from it.

REMARKS: Be patient and let the car from your right hand go first.
